An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after processing, customization, service work, packaging, or shipment has begun.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with the order.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THERESUMEINYOU™, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheResumeInYou™, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
